Another special surprise from what would be a trivial lunch…

Tomato and herbs rice forming a bed for the Solanum melongena… or commonly known (by us, regular mortals) as Aubergine or Eggplant; stuffed with a paste of its own heart, mince, seasonings and a rich layer of shredded cheese taken to the oven for browning.

As a starter she prepared a delicious and healthy mix salad splashed with the home made Reduced Balsamic Vinegar.

Another meal she turned to a banquet! Love ya!!!
