This dish is the perfect result of our partnership! I conceived it and Fran nailed at the very first attempt… Amazing!!

Portuguese style Cod Fish (which is dried salty – for those who don’t know) goes along with some other basic elements of the Portuguese cuisine and our personal touch, surely!

After re-hydrated  it is cooked and in splinters is laid on a bed of crispy roasted potatoes and well sprinkled with Olive Oil. The mantle of parsley gives the fresh taste and the unmistakable smell.

The white wine was just the perfect companion for this dish.
